Your obligations

It goes without saying that providing your operators with the training they need to perform the tasks required of them is your minimum legal requirement. But did you know that well trained operators equal lower costs? They work more productively, cause less damage to their equipment and goods, they can even use less fuel, saving money and the environment.

Courses

We can supply on site Driver Training for novice and existing operators of Counterbalance and Reach Fork Lift Trucks. In addition, 1 day courses can be arranged for supervisors, informing them of their obligations regarding the safe operation for Fork Lift Trucks.

On Site or in our Training Centre

Training consists of on-site training, or in our Training Centre which has achieved the RTITB Accreditation Criteria. All Training is carried out by our instructors who are RTITB Trained and registered.

Duration

This will depends on whether you’re looking for Non-Accredited or RTITB Accredited Training. For Non-Accredited Training a Full Counterbalance Training Course for 2 people would take 2 days, or 3 days for 3 people. Looking to Refresher Non-Accredited would consist of 1 day’s training for a maximum of 3 people. Course duration will depend on your operators experience when looking to book RTITB Training. We will discuss this with you when making your enquiry.

Completion

On completion of the course a practical, theoretical and pre use inspection test will be carried out and if successful, a certificate of training will be issued to each trainee. .

Costs

Training costs on a daily charge basis will be advised when details of the candidate and their driving experience are known.
